摘要
组织公民行为的研究为警察管理提供了重要理论依据,警察表现出的组织公民行为能够提高组织整体工作效率。将组织公民行为应用到警察管理中应从共同性方面开展,即企业研究中促进员工组织公民行为产生的一些环境和个体因素同样能够促进民警组织公民行为的产生。组织公民行为在警察管理理论和实践中的发展应注重警察群体的职业特殊性,探索其独特的成分,厘清其概念内涵,开发出具有生态效度的量表;还应探索经常影响组织公民行为的独特因素。
The study of organizational citizen behavior provides a important theory basis. Organizational citizen behavior which police shown can enhance organization work efficiency. We should find the same component of organizational citizen behavior from the enterprise filed and the public security filed. Namely,some variables which can facilitate employee can also facilitate police.The development of organizational citizen behavior in police organization theory and practice should take the particularity aspect of the police occupation, explore it's own component and detect the connotation of it's concept.
