摘要
肝癌发病隐匿、进展迅速,多数患者确诊后无法手术治疗。经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)为目前中晚期肝癌最好的治疗方式之一,但亦存在化疗药靶向性低、治疗不彻底等限制。如何提高TACE的疗效为肝癌介入治疗面临的关键问题。功能纳米级载药微粒研究有望解决这些问题,为目前肝癌介入靶向治疗研究的热点。现就纳米药物研究现状及其在肝癌介入靶向治疗中的应用进行综述。
The development of hepatocellular carcinoma is insidious and rapid. Most patients can not undergo surgery after diagnosis. Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is considered to be the best modality for treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. However, there are some bottlenecks in TACE, such as low targeting of chemotherapy drugs and incomplete treatment. How to improve the curative effect of TACE has become a key issue in the interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. In recent years, the study of nanodrug delivery systems has been expected to solve these problems, and has become a hot spot in the field of targeted therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. In this paper, the current research status of nano-drug delivery systems and its application in the interventional-targeted therapy of hepatoeellular carcinoma are reviewed.
