摘要 本文介绍了一种专门加工长线件的数控钻铣床的主要机械传动系统结构.该机床采用触摸屏控制,输入程序可实现自动加工,可用于长线件类零件钻直孔、斜孔及对所加工零件的扩、铰、镗、攻等操作;铣水平面、铅重面、斜面等的加工,机床定位精度高,稳定性较好,成本较低,调试维修方便. This paper introduced the main mechanical transmission system structure of a CNC drilling and milling machine specially designed for machining long thread parts. The machine tool is controlled by touch screen, and the input program can be processed automatically. It can be used to drill straight holes and oblique holes of long line parts, and to expand, hinges, boring and attack of the parts processed. Milling water plane, lead heavy face and inclined plane are processed, the positioning accuracy of the machine tool is high, the stability is good, the cost is low,and the debugging and maintenance is convenient.
