转型期省级公共图书馆面临新的发展形势和任务要求,转型期省级公共图书馆的功能定位可以从3个维度解析,即省级公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的功能定位、在公共图书馆服务体系中的功能定位、省级公共图书馆自身的功能定位。
Provincial libraries face new development and mission in the transformation period. The function and role of provincial libraries in the transformation period could be analysed in 3 dimensions： the function and role of provincial libraries in the public culture service system and in the public library service system, and the function and role of provincial libraries.
