基于ADS软件仿真的带状线滤波器设计

摘要 利用PCB设计加工的带状线滤波器普遍应用在射频电路中,详细介绍了带状线滤波器设计的一般思路,并提出一种基于ADS仿真软件的带状线滤波器设计方法。利用ADS2009进行设计、仿真和优化一个带状线带通滤波器,给出滤波器的结构形式和电路S11、S21特性曲线。根据仿真设计的参数,利用PCB加工完成了带状线滤波器实物,对实物进行测试,测试结果表明带状线滤波器性能指标和结构形式达到理想的结果,采用该设计方法实用有效而且简单快捷,适用于工程应用。 Stripline filters fabricated using PCB designed are commonly used in RF circuits.This paper presents a general idea of stripline filter design.A stripline filter design method based on advanced design system(ADS)simulation software is proposed.Using ADS2009 EDA to design,simulation and optimize a stripline bandpass filter,show the filter structure and circuit of S11 and S21 curve.Using pcb design technology to process bandpass filter is simple and efficient,Testig results show that using this design method,the filter performance indicators and structure can achieve the desired results.This method is suitable for engineering.
