摘要
在铁路货运中货物多以集装箱方式运输,在装载需运输的目标集装箱之前,需要从货物众多、面积较大的货场中拣择出目标集装箱,若依赖于人工拣择,则效率低下、耗时较多、易出错,为提高作业效率、节省人力和时间,设计了一种基于ZigBee的货场货物拣择系统。通过研究ZigBee的原理、组网方式、协议栈、硬件模块设计等,设计了基于CC2530和CC2591的终端节点和协调器节点,终端节点安装在集装箱上,协调器节点和上位机连接,负责终端节点和PC机的通信,并通过上位机控制通信过程,利用ZigBee的多跳自组网特性,实现信息的多跳远距离传输,使目标集装箱上终端节点发出声光提示,工作人员依据声光提示便可迅速、准确地定位目标位置,拣择出目标集装箱,经多次可靠性试验,证明了系统的可行性。
As for railway freight,goods are mostly transported by containers,these containers need to be selected before they are loaded from a large number of containers in a large yard.If it rely on manual selection,it can spend more time,cause much errors and reduce efficiency.To improve efficiency,save manpower and save time,the paper designs a cargo picking system based on ZigBee.In this paper,the principle,network,protocol stack and hardware modules of ZigBee are studied.Terminal node and coordinator node based on CC2530 and CC2591 are designed.Terminal node is installed on container and coordinator node is connected to upper computer which realizes the communication between terminal node and PC.Via efficient network protocol,ZigBee network can be a wireless multihop network,which can increase the distance of wireless communication.Finally,the containers which are selected can send out sound and light signal.Several reliability experiments have been conducted and prove that the system is practicable.
