一种基于能量法的发射率在线测量系统的研制

Development of an on-line emissivity measurement system based on emission energy

摘要 针对航天航空、核电站、钢厂等工业领域对发射率在线测量的迫切需求,研制了一种便携、多探头的发射率在线测量系统,实现对80℃~500℃目标表面发射率的实时测量,有效测量波段为2~16μm。该系统采用特殊的机械构造和制冷措施,确保了长时间工作时传感器的工作温度能够保持在最佳点(-10℃~20℃)。根据测热辐射计的特性,设计了一种测量电路,严格测量被测目标和相同条件下黑体炉的辐射能量,并推导出该系统测量2~16μm总体等效发射率的原理公式。经过实验验证和现场测试,结果表明该系统具有在复杂环境下工作的可靠性能和较高的测量精度,可以满足多数工程的实际需求。 To meet the urgent demand of on-line emissivity measurement in aerospace,nuclear power plants,steel mills and other industrial fields,aportable system with multi probes had been developed.The system's effective band was 2~16μm,and it could realize measuring of different targets whose surface temperature was between 80 ℃~500 ℃ at the same time.Special mechanical design and cooling system were used to ensure that the working temperature of sensors could keep stable around the optimum point between-10 ℃ ~20 ℃ when working for a long time.According to the characteristics of bolometer,a kind of measuring circuit was designed to acquire the objects‘and blackbody furnace's radiation energy under the same conditions strictly.And the mathematical formulas about how the system obtained the equivalent emissivity of 2~16μm was described in detail.Finally,experiments and site tests had proved that the system was quite reliable and been of high accuracy,which could meet needs of most projects.
