摘要 高职院校开展现代学徒制试点是深化校企合作、提升人才培养质量的有效途径和重要举措。文章从我国高职院校现代学徒制实施现状、高职院校骨干专业实施现代学徒制进行人才培养的困境分析入手,以湖南有色金属职业技术学院智能制造专业群为例,主要从构建框架、构建校企合作混合所有制实体、制度建设三个方面提出了智能制造专业群现代学徒制人才培养路径的对策。 the pilot of the modem apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges is an effective way and important measure to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise and improve the quality of talent training. Starting from the analysis of Higher Vocational Colleges in China, the status of implementation of the modem apprenticeship specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges and universities backbone implementation of the modem apprenticeship training dilemma in Htman nonferrous metals Career Technical College intelligent manufacturing specialty group as an example, mainly from the construction frame, the construction of school enterprise cooperation three aspects of mixed ownership entity, system construction and puts forward some countermeasures for professional group path the modem apprenticeship training personnel of intelligent manufacturing.
