摘要
现代无线通信系统的测试需要超宽带射频接收变频通道,提出了一种宽带矢量信号解调和频谱分析共用的射频信号接收方法,利用超外差接收机原理,将射频信号下变频为高低的双中频,分别处理两路中频信号,采用高采样率方式完成宽带矢量信号的采集和扫频频谱信号分析。测试结果表明,这种射频接收通道的方法实用有效,在完成9kHz~6GHz射频信号的传统扫频频谱分析的基础上,能接收40 MHz宽带矢量信号,解调分析性能的EVM值小于1%,整机性能稳定可靠。
Testing of modern wireless communication systems requires ultra-wideband RF receive frequency conversion channels.This paper presents a RF receiver method for wideband vector signal demodulation and spectrum analysis,Using the principle of super heterodyne receiver,the RF signal is down converted to dual IF,and two intermediate frequency signals are processed respectively.The acquisition and swept spectrum analysis of broadband vector signal analysis is performed by high sampling rate.The test results show that the method of RF receiver is practical and effective.On the basis of completing the traditional swept frequency spectrum analysis of 9 kHz~6 GHz RF signal,It can receive 40 MHz broadband vector signal.The EVM value of demodulation analysis performance is less than 1% ,and the performance of the whole machine is stable and reliable.
