摘要
在新机型飞行测试过程中,需获取各类型飞行参数,而某些关键参数往往关系飞机系统安全,此类参数的获取不仅需要高精度,而且不能对机上原系统造成安全隐患,因此提出了一种采用高速、完全隔离的方式采集传感器或模拟设备输出电压,保证采集过程中对原机上设备的安全电气隔离,并对电压信号高精度获取并调理输出,供后端设备采集记录各类飞行参数。该设计输入阻抗高,负载效应忽略不计,包含多档位增益调整、偏置调整设计,保证信号获取精度。经试验测试,该设计安全可靠,可行性强,为测试系统中关键参数的测试数据安全、精确获取提供了一种有效的方法。
In the process of new aircraft flight test,it is necessary to obtain all kinds of flight parameters,and some key parameters of the relationship between the safety of the aircraft system often such parameters need not only to get high precision,and can not cause potential safety hazard on the original system,this article puts forward a completely isolated and high-speed,ways of collecting sensor or analog output voltage equipment,guarantee the acquisition of the original machine equipment safety in the process of electrical isolation,and the high accuracy to capture and regulate the output voltage signal,to collect and record the backend equipment of all kinds of flight parameters.The design input impedance is high,the load effect is neglected,contains a multi-position gain adjustment and offset design,guarantee the accuracy of signal acquisition.After test,the design of safe and reliable and has strong feasibility,as the key parameters in the test system of test data safety,precise acquisition provides a effective method.
