摘要
分析了炮弹体应变测试的现状和优势,针对弹体应力测试中存在的爆炸毁伤危险系数高、测试设备不易防护弹体瞬态破裂、信号不易获取的特点及问题,提出了一种通用的多通道爆炸瞬态应变测试系统。该应变测试系统,是一种集瞬态应信号获取、信号调理、数据接收存储、信号采集为一体的智能化应变测试系统。在对此系统各个模块的设计进行阐述的同时,详细介绍了应力测试的实现途径,解决了应力测试设备不易防护、瞬态应变信号不易获取等问题。实际应用表明,该系统能可靠地获取爆炸测试弹体瞬态破裂应变时间历程。
Analyzed the current situation of the shell body strain test and advantages,based on explosion in the stress test of missile body damage risk is high,the test equipment is not easy to protection,projectile transient burst,characteristics and problems of the signal is not easy to obtain,presents a general multi-channel transient strain testing system.The system adopts the modular design idea,which is a collection of transient signal acquisition,signal conditioning,data acquisition,storage,reception signal transmission as one of the intelligent test system.In this test system design of each module in detail at the same time,focus on the implementation of the test stress method.Practical application shows that the system can reliably get explosion test projectile transient rupture strain time process.
