摘要
目的:探讨运动后心率变异性指标相邻心跳间期差值均方的平方根(RMSSD)和心率变异性指数(TL_(HRV))是否可以应用于运动员不同运动强度的持续性运动训练负荷的监控。方法:14名上海市职业健将级女子足球运动员(22.9±2.0岁),在试验开始前2天均未进行过大强度运动,先后以两种不同强度(60%v VO_(2max)、85%v VO_(2max))在跑步机上跑动3 km,60%v VO_(2max)强度完成后受试者至少休息2天再开始85%v VO_(2max)强度的测试。采用心率计(意大利HOSAND MINI cardio)记录受试者安静状态下坐位5 min的心率变异性(HRV)基线数据(Pre5,-5~0 min),以及跑动结束后坐位5 min(Post5,5~10min))和30 min(Post30,30~35 min)的HRV数据,采用心率表(芬兰SUUNTO T6d)记录受试者运动中的心率。采用Banister方法计算训练冲量(TRIMP),Saboul方法计算TL_(HRV)。结果:在60%v VO_(2max)和85%v VO_(2max)强度的运动后,Post5 RMSSD较Pre5 RMSSD均出现了显著性降低(P≤0.01),Post30 RMSSD较Post5 RMSSD均出现了显著性增加(P≤0.01);60%v VO_(2max)强度下Post5 RMSSD和Post30 RMSSD均显著高于85%v VO_(2max)强度(P≤0.01);TL_(HRV)与TRIMP两种运动负荷的计算方法相关(r=0.387;P≤0.05)。另外,Bland-Altman检验结果显示,TL_(HRV)%与TRIMP%的均值偏差非常接近0,14个点在d线上下分布均匀,且全部落在一致性界限内。结论:Post5 RMSSD可有效评价持续性运动的运动强度;TL_(HRV)评价运动员的运动负荷与TRIMP具有较好的一致性,可以应用于运动员不同运动强度的持续性运动训练负荷的监控。
Objective To discuss if root mean square successive difference(RMSSD) and heart rate variabilityindex(TLHRV) could be applied to monitor athletes' continuous training load of different intensities. Method Four-teen professional female football players(aged 22.9 ± 2.0) from Shanghai, who didn't do strenuous exercises twodays before the experiment, ran 3 km on the treadmill at 60% and 85% maximal velocity of the graded maxi-mal test(v VO2max) with an interval of two days. The heart rate variability(HRV) were measured 5 minutes be-fore exercises and 5 and 30 minutes after excises using a heart rate meter(HOSAND MINI cardio, Italy) whilethe heartbeat was recorded using the heart rate watch(SUUNTO T6 d, Finland) during the exercise. The trainingimpulse(TRIMP) and TLHRVwere calculated using Banister and Saboul methods respectively. Results RMSSD 5-min post excises(Post5 RMSSD) decreased significantly(P≤0.01) compared with RMSSD 5-min before excises(Pre5 RMSSD), while RMSSD 30-min post excises(Post30 RMSSD) increased significantly(P≤0.01) comparedwith Post5 RMSSD after each exercise. The Post5 RMSSD and Post30 RMSSD were significantly higher(P≤0.01) at 60%v VO2max than at 85%v VO2max. A positive correlation(r=0.387; P≤0.05) was found between TLHRVand TRIMP. In addition, the test results of Bland and Altman showed that the mean deviation of TLHRV% andTRIMP% was close to zero. The fourteen points were evenly distributed over or below the line and were withinthe 95% limits of agreement. Conclusion Post5 RMSSD can be used to evaluate the intensity of continuous exer-cise effectively. TLHRVis in line with TRIMP in evaluating exercise load of players, and can be applied to moni-tor athletes' continuous sports training load of different intensities.
