摘要
采用鳞片石墨粉作为铝离子电池正极材料,其不同粒度大小对正极材料的表面特性和电化学性能都有影响。通过X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、充放电测试、倍率特性测试和循环性能测试分析该正极材料的晶体结构、化学价态和电化学性能。结果表明:铝离子电池正极材料鳞片石墨粉为良好的层状结构,P63/mc空间群,六方晶系。其中鳞片石墨粉325目(粒度45μm)在1C倍率下的充放电比容量分别为104.76和104.46mAh/g,其5C倍率较1C倍率的容量保持率为71.4%,循环100次后容量保持率为95.19%,因此其充放电比容量、倍率性能、循环性能等电化学性能较佳。
The anode material of aluminum-ion battery was made by using flake graphite powder with different particle size,which had influence on the surface property and electrochemical performance of material.By X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),charge and discharge test,ratio characteristics test,cyclic performance test and analysis,the crystal structure,appearance characteristics and electrochemical performance were analyzed.The results showed that flake graphite powder had layered structure,P63/mc space group,hexagonal crystal system and structural stability.When the particle size was 45μm,the charged and discharged capacities were 104.76 mAh/g and 104.46 mAh/g at 1C,the capacity retention ratio kept 71.4%at 5C ratio than 1C ratio,the ratio was 95.19% at 1C ratio after 100 cycles.Therefore,the flake graphite powder with 45μm particle size can have better charge and discharge specific capacity,ratio characteristics and cycle performance.
