摘要 本文主要分析了学困生产生的原因以及转化学困生的具体措施,通过对学困生转化,培养他们良好的行为习惯和优秀品质,使他们逐步形成自我教育、自我管理的能力,促进他们的个性心理、人格特征正常、健康、和谐地发展。 This article mainly analyzes the causes of the students of learning difficulties and the concrete measures for the transformation of students with difficulties in learning. Through the transformation of students with learning difficulties, they can cultivate their good behavior habits and excellent qualities, and make them gradually form the ability of self education and self management, and promote their personality, mental characteristics, healthy and harmonious development.
