摘要
目的:为医院HIS、自助服务系统、"掌上协和"App、微信公众号、支付宝服务窗、智能POS等其他各类涉及预交金充值退款、门诊缴费退费的系统提供一体化的服务接口,解决各个系统间以传统的点对点接口方式带来的接口众多、数据标准不统一、对账及差错账处理麻烦等财务管理上的不便问题,设计统一支付平台。方法:根据支付平台对安全性、稳定性、可扩展性的要求,对支付平台的建设内容和系统结构进行探讨。结果及结论:支付平台提高医院工作效率和服务质量,提升病人的就医环境、就医效率和就医满意度。
Objective: In order to provide an integrated service interface to hospital HIS, self-service system, "Handheld Union" App, We Chat official account, Alipay service window, intelligent POS and other systems involving recharging and refund of prepaid money and outpatient payment and refund, and solve the problem of financial management convenience such as many interfaces, non-uniform data standards and troublesome treatment of reconciliation and wrong accounts, a unified payment platform is designed. Methods: According to the requirements of security, stability and expandability of the payment platform, the construction content and system structure of the payment platform are discussed. Results Conclusion: The payment platform can improve the working efficiency and service quality of hospitals, and medical environment, efficiency and satisfaction of patients.
