民办中职院校护理专业学生专业自我概念及其相关因素分析 被引量:1

Influencing factors of professional self-concept among nursing students from a vocational school

摘要 目的探索民办中职院校护理专业学生护理专业自我概念现况及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2017年4月选取重庆市某民办中职院校护理专业2年级学生292名,采用自设一般资料调查表和护理专业自我概念量表进行调查。结果学生专业自我概念得分(2.77±0.30)、灵活性维度得分(2.92±0.47)、技能维度得分(2.85±0.53)、领导维度得分(2.46±0.47)、满意度维度得分(2.81±0.35)、沟通交流维度得分(2.63±0.44)。户口所在地、是否为独生子女、入学时学历、是否自愿选择护理专业、对护理专业的喜爱程度对灵活性维度有影响(P<0.05);学习成绩、是否自愿选择护理专业对技能维度有影响(P<0.01);户口所在地对领导维度有影响(P<0.01)。结论民办中职院校护理专业学生专业自我概念与众多因素相关,学校在开展教学活动过程中,应注意根据学生自身基本情况的不同,调整相应的课程设置和教学内容,从而整体提升学生的专业自我概念水平。 Objective To explore the influence factors of professional self-concept among nursing students from a vocational school. Methods By convenient sampling,totally 292 nursing students from a vocational school in Chongqing were investigated by using general information questionnaire and professional self-concept of nurses in- strument in April 2017. Influence factors of professional self-concept were identified through univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression. Results The total average score of professional self-concept scale among nursing students were(2.77±0.30),with the dimensions of flexibility score of(2.92±0.47),skills score of(2.85±0.53),satisfaction score of(2.81±0.35),communication score of(2.63±0.44)and leadership dimension score of(2.46±0.47). The registered permanent residence,number of child,educational background when entering into the school,final exami- nation score,voluntary choice of the major and the level of professional interest had significant influence on flexi- bility(P〈0.05). Final examination score and voluntary choice of the major had significant influence on skills(P〈0.01). The registered permanent residence had significant influence on leadership(P〈0.01). Conclusion Many factors con- tribute to the self-concept of nursing students. Vocational school should take multiple methods to cultivate nursing students' positive professional attitude and professional concept according to their different situations and back- ground.
