摘要
在梳理我国科技发展现状的基础上,分析我国科技发展中面临的问题和挑战。通过对德国2020高科技战略深入剖析,进一步揭示国家科技发展战略对国家整体布局的影响。德国高科技战略的制定与开展,无论是从科技需求领域的精准定位、科技创新文化的宣传普及,还是创新型企业的成长与发展、创新人才的吸纳与培养等,都值得我国科技工作者思考和借鉴。
Based oncombination of the status of science and technology development, this paperanalyzes the problems and challenges in the development of science and technology in our country. Through deep analysis of German ＂High Technolo- gy Strategy 2020＂, this paper further revealsthe impact of the national science and technology development strategy on the overall layout of the country. For the German high - tech strategy formulation and development, it is worthwhile for Chinese science and technology workers to think and learn from German＇s precise needs positioning of the field of science and tech- nology, popularization of innovation and culture of science and technology, growth and development of innovation - oriented enterprises, attraction and cultivation of innovative talents.
