摘要 快速准确地实现脉冲信号参数的测量,对脉冲技术的运用有十分重要的意义。研究设计了一种脉冲信号参数测量模块,采用模/数转换器(A/D)与现场可编辑逻辑门阵列(FPGA)相结合的方式实现,通过A/D采集被测脉冲信号,采集结果输入FPGA进行数据处理,得到脉冲信号参数的测量值,具有硬件组成简单、功能拓展方便的特点。以高斯脉冲信号为测量对象,对设计实现的测量模块进行了仿真和实物验证,结果表明该模块能够顺利完成脉冲宽度和脉冲功率的测量。 It is important to measure pulse signal parameters quickly and accurately for the application of pulse technology.This paper designed a pulse signal parameters measuring module,which was implemented by a combination of analog-to-digital converter( A/D) and field-programmable logic gate arrays( FPGA),with the characteristics of simple hardware composition and convenient function expansion. The pulse signal under test was collected by A/D,then the results were sent to FPGA to process. Finally,the measured value of the pulse signal parameter could be obtained. The design passed simulation and physical verification,with measuring object of the Gauss pulse. The results indicated that this measuring module could measure pulse width and pulse power.
