摘要
本研究采用反应时方法考察一语词汇化对中国学生二语词汇推理加工时间进程的影响。研究发现:(1)汉语词汇化影响英语词汇推理加工时间进程,受试汉语词汇化目标词意义推理时间明显快于非词汇化目标词;(2)受试接受性词汇知识水平与其汉语词汇化英语目标词义推理成功率呈显著正相关,但与其汉语非词汇化目标词义推理成功率以及词汇化和非词汇化英语目标词义推理时间均无显著相关关系;(3)受试汉语词汇化目标词义推理成功率与其词汇化目标词义推理时间,以及汉语非词汇化目标词义推理成功率与其非词汇化目标词义推理时间也均无显著相关关系。
This experiment investigated the effects of first language lexicalization on the time course of second language lexical inferencing with online response time method. The results showed that：（ 1） Chinese lexicalization affected the time course of participants＇ English lexical inferencing procedures. They spent less time in inferring the meanings of Chinese lexicalized English target words than those of Chinese non-lexicalized ones;（ 2） Participants＇ receptive vocabulary knowledge was significantly correlated with their success rate in arriving at the meanings of Chinese lexicalized English target words,whereas it was not significantly correlated with their success rate in inferring the meanings of non-lexicalized target words and their response time in inferring the meanings of both lexicalized and non-lexicalized English target words;（ 3） No significant correlation was observed between participants＇ success rate of lexical inferencing for Chinese lexicalized English target words and their response time spent in determining the meanings of Chinese lexicalized target words,as well as participants＇ lexical inferencing success of Chinese non-lexicalized target words and the time spent in deriving the meanings of Chinese non-lexicalized target words.
