摘要 生态城市建设是一个长期复杂的系统工程,为把握生态城市建设现状、预测发展趋势,需要对生态城市建设展开系统评价。以贵阳市为研究区域,旨在了解贵阳生态城市建设状况,有利于推进贵阳2020年建成全国生态文明示范城市,以期为全国生态文明建设发挥示范作用。文章从环境、经济、社会角度构建贵阳市生态城市评价指标,利用物元可拓模型和ARIMA模型对贵阳市生态城市建设现状进行测度,并预测贵阳市2020年生态城市建设水平,根据评价及预测结果对贵阳市未来生态城市建设规划管理提出相应对策。 The construction of eco-city is a long and complicated system project. In order to grasp the development trend of eco-city construction and forecast development trend, it is necessary to carry out systematic evaluation of eco-city construction. It is helpful to know the condition of the ecological city in Guiyang and promote to build a national eco-civilized city by putting the Guiyang as the research area. What's more, it is going to lead the way for the construction of national eco-civilized city. This paper constructs the evaluation index of eco-city in Guiyang from the angle of environmental, economic and social perspectives. Using matter-element extension evaluation model and ARIMA model to measure the current situation of ecological city construction and forecast the level of ecological city construction in Guiyang in 2020. According to the results of the evaluation and forecast, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the planning and management of eco-city construction in Guiyang.
