预制混凝土夹心保温墙体FRP连接件试验方法综述 被引量:13

摘要 目前工程中常用的预制混凝土夹心保温墙体连接件主要有不锈钢连接件和纤维增强复合材料(FRP)连接件两类。其中,FRP连接件强度高、导热系数低、耐腐蚀性能和抗火性能较好,应用前景广阔。内力分析表明,FRP连接件在混凝土板中拔出和剪切承载力是影响墙体安全的关键因素。此外,FRP连接件在混凝土碱环境中的耐久性以及配FRP连接件的预制夹心保温墙体的抗火性能也是影响墙体全生命安全的关键因素。系统总结了当前常用的FRP连接件力学性能、耐久性能以及抗火性能试验方法,对其优缺点进行了对比与分析,并提出了相应的选用建议。 Currently common connectors in precast concrete sandwich insulation wall( PCSWs) are divided into stainless steel connectors and fiber reinforced polymer( FRP) connectors. FRP connector has a wide prospect of application due to high strength,superior thermal efficiency,excellent durability and good fire resistance. Mechanical analysis indicates that FRP connector mainly resists tension load and shear load. Therefore,pullout capacity and shear capacity of FRP connector have great impact on safety of PCSIWs. In addition,durability of FRP connector in concrete( alkaline environment) and fire resistance of PCSIW with FRP connectors also show effect on safety of PCSIWs during whole life cycle.This paper provides a detailed description and contrastive analysis of common testing method to evaluate mechanical properties,durability and fire resistance of FRP connector. Furthermore,selection of these testing methods is proposed.
