聚氨酯改性环氧树脂复合材料的制备及其耐磨性能 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高矿山用泵体及管道过流件的耐磨性能,以往用整体耐磨材料制作,成本太高。采用PU聚氨酯改性环氧树脂,随后逐一优选固化剂、棕刚玉和偶联剂,制成了复合耐磨材料。根据相关标准对其耐磨性能进行了检测。结果表明:本复合材料制作工艺简单,原材料容易,用于矿山泵体及管道抗磨损效果较好。 At present, the mine pump body and pipe overflow are generally made by over-all wear-resistant material for improving the wear-re- sisting life, which is usually of high cost. In this work, the composite wear-resistant material was synthesized by adopting PU polyurethane modified epoxy resin and optimizing the curing agent, brown fused alumina and coupling agent. Moreover, the measmements were conducted aceording to the relevance. Results showed that the synthesis method was simple and raw materials were available. Furthermore, the composite material presented the excellent wear resistance for pump body and pipeline.
