安徽省中小学体育教师健康教育能力测评与分析研究 被引量:6

Evaluation and analysis on health education ability among physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Anhui Province

摘要 目的对当前学校体育教师健康教育能力进行科学、有效的评价,掌握学校教师健康教育能力水平,为开展有针对性教育培训提供依据。方法采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对安徽省中小学中体育教师健康教育能力测评和分析。结果城市学校体育教师健康教育能力各维度平均得分为(3.51±0.35)分,农村体育教师得分为(3.13±0.31)分,城市高于农村(P<0.05);高中体育教师健康教育知识与技能和健康教育知识拓展能力维度得分分别为(3.89±0.45)分和(2.89±0.27)分,均高于小学(P<0.05);初中体育教师健康教育知识和技能得分为(3.78±0.44)分,小学体育教师得分为(3.65±0.46)分,初中高于小学(P<0.05);不同阶段体育教师在健康教育知识和技能、健康教育知识拓展能力以及健康教育知识拓展能力的子维度内部存在差异性。结论安徽省中小学体育教师健康教育整体能力较弱,城乡体育教师健康教育能力差距大;体育教师健康教育能力体系发展不均衡;不同阶段体育教师健康教育能力发展差异大。 Objective To carry out evaluation on education ability of physical education (PE) teachers in prima- ry and middle schools, and provide the basis for carrying out targeted education training. Methods Using literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methods, the education ability of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Anhui Province were analyzed. Results Compared with the rural teachers, the average score of education in urban PE teachers was significantly higher (3.51±0. 35 vs 3.13 ±0. 31, P 〈 0. 05 ). High school PE teachers had significantly high- er scores in health education knowledge and skills, health education knowledge extended dimension than primary school teachers (3.89 ± 0.45 vs 2. 89 ± 0. 27, P 〈 0. 05 ). Junior high school PE teachers had higher scores in health education knowledge and skills than primary school PE teachers ( 3.78 ±0. 44 vs 3.65 ± 0. 46, P 〈 0. 05 ). In different stages, PE teachers had differences in health education knowledge and skills, education knowledge expansion ability and healthy education knowledge expansion ability. Conclusion The overall capacity of education in primary and middle school PE teachers in Anhui Province is weak, and the gap of education capacity is large between urban and rural PE teachers. The development of education capacity system of PE teachers is unbalanced. The development of education ability of PE teachers in different stages is very different.
