摘要
针对鄂尔多斯地区煤样,对其做灰成分分析,并测得其灰熔融温度,将煤的灰熔点与煤灰中的化学组成含量建立数学关系,采用统计学的方法运用曲线拟合建立3种灰熔点预测模型,将通过预测模型得到的灰熔融点流动温度的预测值与实测值进行对比分析,通过对比分析发现,在计算过程中运用曲线拟合建立的灰熔点预测模型的预测值与实测值一致性较好,ΔFT基本满足国际允许标准值。
The ash melting point of coal and the content of chemical composition in coal ash were established. The statistical method was used to calculate the ash content of coal ash by the least squares method. Based on the melt index and the curve fitting, three gray melting point prediction models were established. The predicted values of the ash melting point flow temperature obtained by the three prediction models were compared with the measured values to find out the gray melt flow temperature prediction value predictive model with good consistency of measured value.Through the comparative analysis, it is found that the prediction better than the measured value by the least squares method of the ash melting point prediction model is fitting method in the calculation process.
