钢质储罐海水充水试验中防腐蚀措施的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为节约成本,避免浪费,同时有效控制项目工期,在港口区域石油库建设中,就近使用海水代替淡水的方式完成了钢质储罐充水试验。为了抑制海水腐蚀,试验前制定了切实可行的实施方案,采取储罐内表面涂层预防腐、安装牺牲阳极块及加装临时牺牲阳极带等防护措施,较好地抑制了海水对储罐内表面的腐蚀。充水试验完成后,经目测及仪器检查,储罐内表面受海水腐蚀影响较小,防护效果良好。 In order to realize cost-saving, reduce waste and control project duration effectively during the construction of port oil depot, water filling test of steel tank was carried out by using seawater instead of freshwater. A feasible plan was made before the test and protective measures were adopted such as coating of tank inner surface, installation of sacrificial anode blocks and putting up temporary sacrificial anode, etc. No evidence of corrosion marks was found by visual and instrument testing after the completion of the test.
