白云鄂博铁矿石阶段磨矿弱磁选工艺生产超级铁精矿试验 被引量:5

Super Iron Concentrate Producing Experiment Using Bayan Obo Iron Ore by Stage Grinding and Low Intensity Magnetic Separation Process

摘要 白云鄂博铁矿为铁、铌、稀土共伴生矿,铁品位为30.70%,Re O、Nb2O5含量分别为5.43%和0.11%,主要有用矿物磁铁矿含量为37.46%,83.06%的铁以磁铁矿的形式存在;脉石矿物以碳酸盐、闪石、辉石及萤石为主,次为石英、长石及黑云母等。为充分利用好矿石中铁矿物的自然禀赋,对矿石进行了超级铁精矿生产工艺研究。结果表明,矿石采用3个阶段磨矿—弱磁选工艺处理,一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占98.0%,弱磁粗选磁选强度为200 k A/m;二段磨矿细度为-0.038 mm占93.9%,弱磁精选1、弱磁精选2的磁选强度分别为90 k A/m和70 k A/m;三段磨矿细度为-0.030 mm占93.0%,弱磁精选3磁选强度为60 k A/m的情况下,最终获得铁品位为70.50%、铁回收率为67.58%、Si O2含量为0.35%的含微量Nb、RE的超级铁精矿,可作为制备直接还原铁的原料。 Bayan Obo iron ore is a kind of associated ores containing the elements such as iron,rare-earth,niobium,with iron grade of 30.70%,REO and Nb2 O5 contents of 5.43% and 0.11% respectively. The content of main useful mineral magnetite accounts for 37.46%,and 83.06% of iron exists in form of magnetite. The gangue minerals are mainly made of carbonate,amphibolite,pyroxene,fluorite and other minerals such as quartz,feldspar and biotite. In order to make full use of the natural endowment of the iron minerals,the production technology of super iron concentrate was researched. The results show that the mineral is treated by thrice grinding and low intensity magnetic separation process. The grinding fineness of the first stage is-0.074 mm accounted for 98.0%,and the field intensity of low intensity rough magnetic separation is 200 k A/m. The grinding fineness of the second stage is-0.038 mm accounted for 93.9%,and the field intensity of the twice low intensity magnetic separation are 90 k A/m and 70 k A/m respectively. The grinding fineness of the third stage is-0.030 mm accounted for 93.0%,and the field intensity of the thrice low intensity magnetic separation is 60 k A/m. The super iron concentrate with iron grade of70.50%,recovery of 67.58%,and Si O2 content of 0.35% was finally obtained,containing trace Nb and RE elements,which can be used as the raw material for the preparation of direct reduction iron.
