摘要
经方者,方义理渊深,配伍精妙,若方证相应,其效若神。本文较详细介绍了何师运用半夏泻心汤的经验,主要包括:方证辨证,凡是见到胃脘胀满,舌红苔白或舌淡苔黄之寒热错杂证,均可用之;强调遵循经方原比例;注重类方思想加减和古法加减;临床上兼见其他症状可酌情叠用其他经方,以扩大临床治疗范围;注重煎服法,强调去滓再煎等。
The classic formulas are profound in theory and miraculous in herbal combination. The extraordinary effects are achieved when corresponding to the symptoms. Prof. He Qingyong＇ s experiences in the application of banxia xiexin tang were introduced,including the syndrome differentiation and application of the formula. This formula is available for the mixture of cold and heat syndromes,manifested as epigastric distention,red tongue with white coating or pale tongue with yellow coating. The ancient formula should be used accordingly. Additionally,it should be modified in compliance with the thoughts on the associated formulas and the ancient methods. The other classic formulas can be used in combination according to the concrete other symptoms,which extend the indication scope of treatment. The decoction is predominated in the treatment and the decoction should be re-decocted after the residues removed.
