摘要 考虑供电能力最大的目标,研究了对含分布式电源的配电网网架进行规划的策略。首先,在计及实际负荷增长模式的基础上,针对分布式电源出力随机性的特点,基于改进的重复潮流算法求解固定网架下有源配电网的最大供电能力;然后,以供电能力最大化为目标,基于支路交换算法设计有源配电网的网架规划流程;最后针对一个实际配电网案例进行了仿真分析。结果表明本文的规划方法可大幅提升配电网的供电能力,尤其适合于含分布式电源的负荷快速增长区的配电网的扩展规划。 The strategy of distribution network planning with distributed generation is studied considering the maximum power supply capacity. First of all, based on the actual load and growth mode, in the light of the characteristics of random distributed power output, the maximum power supply capacity under fixed grid active distribution network is solved through improved repetitive power flow algorithm. Then, taking power supply capacity maximization as the goal, the network planning flow of active distribution network is designed based on the branch exchange algorithm. Finally, the actual distribution network is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the power supply capability of distribution network, and is especially suitable for the expansion planning of distribution network in load increasing area with distributed power supply.
