基于柔性衬底的微带发夹型滤波器设计与优化 被引量:2

摘要 由于在弯曲形态下滤波器性能发生了变化,通过在谐振器之间的耦合线段上引入方形槽补偿奇偶模之间的相速度可以有效减小弯曲带来的影响。据此,设计了一种基于柔性衬底TLY的交叉型微带发夹带通滤波器,滤波器中心频率为5 GHz,带宽400 Mbps。仿真结果表明:滤波器带内插损小于0.5 dB,回波损耗优于-15 dB,弯曲后其性能明显改善。 Due to the performance of curved filter changes,a technology of a square groove is adopted in parallelcoupled line segment between resonators to compensate the phase velocities between even-mode and odd-mode and can reduce the effects of curve availably. According to this idea,a cross-shaped microstrip hairpin band-pass filter based on flexible substrate TLY is designed,with a central frequency of 5 GHz and bandwidth of 400 MHz. Results of simulation show that insertion loss of the filter less than 0. 5 dB and return loss is prior to-15 dB,its performance is improved under the curved shape.
