摘要
采用209Po示踪,对虾及其生长环境中^(210)Po含量进行了测定,并分析了虾不同部位的占比和^(210)Po含量。^(210)Po在虾头部有明显富集,壳部也有一定含量,虾肉中^(210)Po含量较低。分析的捕捞野生虾中^(210)Po含量远高于养殖虾,超过我国现行食品标准限值,但一般食用部分远低于限值。其生长环境水中^(210)Po含量较低,养殖饲料中^(210)Po含量较高。
The209 Po tracer was used to determine the ^209Po content in shrimps and their growing environment. Simultaneously,the proportion and ^209Po content in different parts of the shrimps were analyzed. The ^209Po has a obvious enrichment in the head of the shrimps and a certain content in the shell,but the content of ^209Po in the meat of shrimps is low. The ^209Po content of wild shrimps is much higher than that of farmed shrimps,and slightly exceeds the current food standard limits in China,but the edible part is far below the limit. The content of ^209Po in the shrimps growing water is low,but the content of ^209Po in the cultured feed is high.
