摘要
目的通过对河北省鼠疫自然疫源地长爪沙鼠种群结构和生物多样性的研究,为河北省动物间鼠疫防控提供参考。方法整理2000—2017年河北省鼠疫自然疫源地长爪沙鼠体蚤监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2000—2017年共检长爪沙鼠3 739只,带蚤长爪沙鼠1 016只,检获各种蚤1 813匹,隶属3科8属15种,秃病蚤蒙冀亚种和方形黄鼠蚤蒙古亚种为优势种,分别占41.59%和36.68%。长爪沙鼠体蚤指数和染蚤率季节消长趋势整体十分相似,全年呈单峰型。长爪沙鼠体蚤多样性、均匀性较为稳定,波动幅度较小,生态优势度在2011年之前较为稳定,2011年以后波动较大。优势度2005年、2010—2011年、2014—2017年出现小高峰。结论长爪沙鼠体蚤指数和染蚤率季节消长趋势明显,长爪沙鼠体蚤均匀性较低、优势度较高时,更容易发生动物间鼠疫。
Objective To investigate the population diversity and structure of body fleas on Meriones unguiculatus,and provide reference for preventing plague among animals in Hebei Province. Methods Systemizing and analyzing monitoring data of body fleas on M. unguiculatus collected in plague natural epidemic foci of Hebei Province from2000 to 2017. Results Altogether 3 739 rats of M. unguiculatus were captured from 2000 to 2017,and 1 016 the rats were infected with fleas. A total of 1 813 fleas belonging to 3 families,8 genera,and 15 species were collected.Nosopsyllus laeviceps kuzenkovi and Citellophilus tesquorum mongolicus were the dominant species occupying 41. 59%and 36. 38% respectively. The diversity and evenness of fleas on Meriones unguiculatus were relatively stable. The ecological dominance was stable before 2011,but fluctuated after 2011. Conclusion The body flea index of M.unguiculatus and flea infection rate showed obvious seasonal fluctuation.
