上海市闵行区居民营养知识知晓情况及知识、态度、行为水平及其影响因素 被引量:13

Awareness status of nutrition knowledge and levels of nutritional knowledge-attitude-practice and its influential factors among residents of Minhang District in Shanghai

摘要 目的旨在了解上海市闵行区居民营养相关知识知晓情况,分析营养知识、态度、行为水平及其影响因素,为提高国民营养健康水平提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取上海市闵行区18岁及以上常住居民390名作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果本次调查的社区居民营养相关知识总知晓率为51.89%;社区居民营养知识态度行为(KAP)评分的平均分为13.35±3.99,经单因素分析,营养KAP评分在不同年龄间、不同体质指数间、不同家庭人均年收入间及有无疾病史的差异有统计学意义(F=660.956、2.642、3.374、2.377,均P<0.05)。经多重线性回归分析后,年龄和体质指数仍有统计学意义,均呈负相关(β值分别为-0.233、-0.222,均P<0.01),是营养KAP评分的主要影响因素。结论上海市闵行区社区居民营养相关知识的知晓率不高,尤其是60岁及以上的社区居民以及体质指数属于超重肥胖的社区居民。应通过传统媒体与新媒体相结合的宣传方式,进行针对性的营养宣教,满足居民获取营养知识的需求,提高全民营养健康水平。 [Objective] To understand the awareness status of nutrition knowledge among residents of Minhang District in Shanghai,analyze the level of nutritional knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) and its influential factors,and provide the basis for improving the nutrition and health level of residents.[Methods]By stratified random sampling technique,390 residents aged 18 and above in Minhang District were selected and asked to fill out a questionnaire.[Results] The overall awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of the community residents was 51.89%. The average score of nutrition KAP for the community residents was13.35 ±3.99. The single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of nutrition KAP among different groups in age,BMI,annual income of the family and disease history(F =660.956,2.642,3.374,2.377,all P〈0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age and the BMI were the main influential factors of the score of nutrition KAP,which both were negatively related to the score of nutrition KAP(β=-0.233,-0.222,both P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of the community residents in Minhang District is not optimistic,especially for the residents over 60 years old,as well as the overweight and obese residents. It is necessary to carry out targeted nutrition education through the combination of traditional media and new media,to meet the needs of residents for nutrition knowledge,and improve the nutrition and health level of residents.
