基于有限元分析的FYH型密封装置拨叉优化设计方法

摘要 通过对FYH密封装置拨叉的受力分析,建立其三维模型。利用Workbench模拟软件,计算出拨叉的最大应力和最大应力位置,结果显示最大应力大于其安全应力。接着,对原设计进行结构改进,在相同的约束条件和载荷作用下,再进行有限元分析。通过对不同方案的分析与对比,得到影响拨叉强度的主要因素是其厚度。 This paper establishes its three-dimensional model by analyzing the force of FYH sealing device fork. Using Workbench simulation software, the maximum stress and maximum stress position of the shift fork were calculated and the results showed that the maximum stress was greater than its safety stress. Then, the original design was improved, and finite element analysis is performed under the same constraints and loads.Through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the main factor influencing the fork strength is its thickness.
