摘要 针对煤矿皮带输送机的故障问题,设计了智能决策支持系统,通过对皮带输送机特征参数的监测诊断,完成输送机跑偏、打滑、撕裂等故障的诊断,对隐性问题进行警示,以实现皮带输送机的故障及隐患的快速维修,对于皮带输送机故障能够起到很好的预防作用,提高煤矿生产的安全性和经济性,为煤矿现代化智能开采系统的设计提供了理论参考。 In order to solve the problem of belt conveyor failure in coal mine,an intelligent decision support system is designed. Through the diagnosis and diagnosis of the characteristic parameters of belt conveyor,the fault diagnosis of conveyor deviation,slipping and tearing is completed,and the hidden problems are warned. The realization of the belt conveyor fault and the rapid maintenance of the hidden trouble can play a very good role in preventing the belt conveyor failure,improve the safety and economy of the coal mine production,and provide a theoretical reference for the design of the coal mine modernization intelligent mining system.
