摘要
我国建筑领域的飞速发展,为BT项目的发展做出了重要贡献。作为BT项目的重要环节,项目投资控制及风险共担不仅关系着BT项目的经济效益,而且对BT项目整体发挥作用也具有重要影响。基于此,论文以BT项目投资控制及其风险共担作为研究内容展开研究。
With the rapid development of China＇s construction field, it has made important contributions to the development of BT project. As an important link of BT project, the project investment control and its risk sharing are not only related to the economic benefits of the BT project,but also have an important impact on the overall play of the BT project. Based on this, the paper takes the investment control of BT project and risk sharing as the research contents to carry out the analysis.
