摘要
为探究国槐衰老程度对光合作用和生理指标的影响,以周公庙不同年龄阶段国槐叶片为材料,测定光合指标、MDA、可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量及其SOD、POD、CAT的活性。结果表明,随树龄增长,CAT活性、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量均下降,POD活性先降后升,MDA含量逐渐增长,20a国槐的SOD活性最大。国槐净光合速率日平均值大小和叶绿素含量均随树龄增长而减小,净光合速率日变化曲线呈双峰型;对不同年龄阶段国槐进行光响应曲线拟合,光饱和点从大到小的顺序为树龄20a>120a>800a。可见随树龄增长,衰老程度越严重,800a的国槐衰老明显。
In order to explore the effects of aging degree on photosynthesis and physiology of Sophora japonica,we investigated photosynthetic index,MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein content,activitives of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves which were collected from the Zhougong Temple.The results showed that the CAT activity,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased with the increase of tree age.The activity of POD first decreased and then increased with age.MDA content increased gradually.SOD activity was the highest in the leaves of 20-year-old tree.Both of the average of the instantaneous net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content decreased with age.The diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate showed double peak curve.The fitted light response curves demonstrated that light compensation points for the trees with different ages were in the order of 20 year〉120 year〉800 year.The results indicated that the older the tree were,the more serious of senescence.For 800-year-old tree,it was in the worst.
