摘要
目的观察健脾疏肝温肾方联合脾胃贴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法将符合纳入标准的260例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分成4组,每组65例。联合组给予健脾疏肝温肾中药免煎颗粒剂和脾胃贴治疗,中药组给予健脾疏肝温肾中药免煎颗粒治疗,脾胃贴组给予脾胃贴治疗,西药组给予马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,均治疗4周。统计4组治疗前后中医主要症状积分,比较4组中医证候疗效。结果治疗后4组中医症状总积分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且联合组明显低于其他组(P均<0.05),中药组明显低于脾胃贴组(P<0.05),脾胃贴组明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后总有效率明显高于其他组(P均<0.05),且中药组明显高于脾胃贴组(P<0.05),脾胃贴组明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论健脾疏肝温肾方联合脾胃贴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,能够明显改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Shugan Wenshen decoction combined with spleen and stomach paste on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 260 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 65 cases. The combination group Chinese was treated with Jianpi Shugan Wenshen decoction granules and spleen and stomach paste,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Wenshen decoction granules,the spleen and stomach paste group was treated with spleen and stomach paste,the western medicine group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets,all the groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of main symptoms of TCM before and after treatment in each group were evaluated,the curative effect of TCM syndromes was compared. Results The total score of TCM symptoms after treatment in the four groups was significantly lower than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of TCM symptoms from high to low were as follows： western medicine group spleen and stomach paste group〉 TCM group 〉combination group,the difference was significant compared with each other（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was the highest in the combination group and the lowest in western medicine group than that in the other groups（ P〈0. 05）,the difference in the rate was significant compared with each other（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi Shugan Wenshen decoction combined with spleen and stomach paste has excellent curative effect on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms with high safety,and is worthy of popularization.
