摘要
以某家具企业直线封边机作业为研究对象,对作业的流程进行了分析,并根据作业流程划分了作业单元,运用秒表测时法和工作抽样法分别对直线封边机的基本时间和宽放时间进行了测定,建立了零件封边长度与作业时间,零件封边长度与封边效率的关系模型,得出了直线封边机的作业率和宽放率,为板式家具企业的工时研究提供了参考依据。
This paper takes the line edge sealing machine of panel furniture enterprises as the research object, the authors have analyzed the process of the operation and divided the work unit according to the work flow. The basic time and width time of linear edge bonding machine were measured by stopwatch time measurement method and work sampling method respectively. The relationship model between part edge length and operation time, part edge length and edge bonding efficiency was established. The working rate and the wide release rate of the linear edge bonding machine are obtained, which provides a reference for the study of the working hours of the panel furniture enterprises.
