摘要
棉花秸秆是一种重要的可再生生物质能源。我国拥有大量资源丰富的棉花秸秆,随着科技的进步,棉花秸秆的利用实现了多种途径,但由于目前已有机型问题的存在,我国棉花秸秆的利用率仍然非常低,由其不断带来的浪费现象较为严重,因此提高我国棉花秸秆的利用率非常紧迫。为此,叙述了棉秆收获装备的研究现状,对现有的棉秆收获装备做了原理与结构上的分析,提出了已有机型存在的问题,并对其未来的发展趋势做了展望。
Cotton straw is the main byproduct of cotton, and it is an important renewable biomass energy. China has plenty of cotton straw with abundant resources. And with the gradual progress of science and technology, the utilization of cotton straw has also achieved a great variety of ways. H owever, due to the co-existence of many problems, the utilization rate of cotton stalk in C hina is still very low, and the waste and the pollution phenomenon caused by it are more serious. T herefore,it is very urgent to improve the utilization rate of cotton straw in our country. In this paper, the present research status of cotton stalk harvesting equipment was described,and some analysis on the principle and structure has been made. Meanwhile the existing problems of the existing models were put forward. Then it was discussed for its future development trends.
