摘要
本研究旨在探讨荷斯坦牛与娟姗牛乳中脂肪酸组成与测定日泌乳性能的差异。采集江苏省某大型奶牛场荷斯坦牛(29头)与娟姗牛(23头)乳样,用气相色谱法测定乳中脂肪酸组成,同时收集其DHI记录,用多因素方差分析法分析荷斯坦牛与娟姗牛乳中脂肪酸与测定日泌乳性能的差异。结果表明:娟姗牛乳中的月桂酸(C12:0)、中链脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05),而荷斯坦牛乳中油酸(C18:1,cis-9)、长链脂肪酸及单不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于娟姗牛(P<0.05);荷斯坦牛产奶量显著高于娟姗牛(P<0.05),娟姗牛乳蛋白率则显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05)。荷斯坦牛与娟姗牛泌乳中期乳中油酸(C18:1,cis-9)含量均显著高于泌乳前期及泌乳后期(P<0.05),泌乳后期乳中肉豆蔻油酸(C14:1,cis-9)含量均显著高于泌乳前中期(P<0.05)。荷斯坦牛与娟姗牛乳中脂肪酸及测定日泌乳性能存在显著差异。
To investigate the differences in milk fatty acid composition and test-day lactation performance between Holstein and Jersey cattle, 100 m L milk sample of 29 Holstein and 23 Jersey cows were collected from a large dairy farm in Jiangsu province, DHI records of these cows were collected at the same time. Gas chromatography was used to measured milk fatty acid composition. The difference of milk fatty acids and test-day lactation performance in Holstein and Jersey cows was analyzed by multivariate ANOVA. The results showed that the content of lauric acid(C12:0), medium chain acids and saturated fatty acid in Jersey milk was significantly higher than that in Holstein cattle(P〈0.05).The content of oleic acid (C18:1,cis-9) in medium lactation was signifcantlyhigher than that in early lactation and late lactation(P〈0.05), the content of myristoleic acid (C14:1,cis-9) in late lactation was signifcantly higher than that in early lactation and medium lactation(P〈0.05).There were signifcant differences in milk fatty acids and test-day lactation performance between Holstein and Jersey cattle.
