摘要 针对目前国内部分学校需使用数控系统进行生产实训但难以承担比较昂贵机床费用这一难题,本文初次尝试开发一套能够满足实际教学需要的虚拟切削仿真系统。在作了大量的分析后,选定Unity3D软件作为开发平台,广州数控218MC系统作为数控系统硬件平台,推导了三维切削仿真算法,然后进行虚拟切削仿真系统的研究与开发。本软件系统通过真实的数控系统控制虚拟的加工中心,透过切削仿真呈现加工过程。实验结果表明,本文开发的软件系统可以满足基本的数控系统教学需要。 CNC system is widely used in production and manufacture in our country and NC machine are expensive in general, which is difficult for many schools to bear. Targeting to these problems, this paper first tries to develop a virtual cutting simulation system which can meet the practical teaching needs. After a lot of analysis, the Unity3D software is selected as the development platform and the 218 MC system as the hardware platform.The 3D cutting simulation algorithm was deduced, and then the virtual cutting simulation system was researched and developed. The software system controls the virtual machining center through a real CNC system and presents the machining process through cutting simulation. The experimental results that the software system developed in this paper can meet the basic teaching needs of CNC system.
