鼻内镜下手术联合术后鼻窦冲洗在变应性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中的效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨鼻内镜下手术联合术后鼻窦冲洗在变应性真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中的临床效果。方法以我院收治的142例变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,每组71例,对照组患者采用常规的鼻内镜下手术治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术前后临床症状评分及不同时间点患者的健康状态。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组患者各症状积分均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后随着时间的延长,两组患者SNOT-20量表评分均显著下降,且研究组各评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术联合术后鼻窦冲洗可有效改善患者的临床症状及健康状态,疗效确切,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinus rinse in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis. Methods One hundred and forty-two patients with allergic fungal sinusitis admitted in our hospital were selected as the objects. According to different surgical procedures, all the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional endoscopic surgery, and the study group was treated with postoperative sinus rinse based on the control group. The treatment effect, clinical symptom score before and after surgery and the patient's health status at the different time points were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The postoperative symptom scores of the two groups decreased, and compared with the control group, those of the study group were obviously lower (P〈0.05). The scores of SNOT-20 in both groups showed a decreasing trend with the extension of time postoperative, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinus rinse in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms and health status, with exact effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
