Failure-dependence mechanism analysis of wind turbine gearbox based on failure physics

摘要 以1.5 MW风电齿轮箱为研究对象,通过失效物理应力强度模型,建立考虑强度退化的失效相关联合分布。从失效物理角度阐述了失效相关的实质是强度和应力中共同的随机变量间存在一定的隐性的非线性映射关联性,并对造成这种映射关联性的原因进行了探究。结果表明,强度和应力中共同随机变量的波动性和分散性是造成此映射关系的主要原因,并且说明强度退化引起强度波动性和分散性增大也会对失效相关产生很大的影响。 An 1.5 MW wind turbine gearbox was taken as the research object, with stress-strength model of failure physics and considering strength degradation, the joint distribution of failure-dependence was established. Revealing that the essence of failure-dependence is that it has a certain mapping correlation among the common random variables of strength and stress from the perspective of failure physics. The reasons for such mapping correlation were researched. The results show that the main reason for such mapping correlation is fluctuation and dispersion of the common random variables of strength and stress, and reveal that the increase in fluctuation and dispersion caused by strength degradation will also have a huge impact on failure-dependence.
