摘要
目的尝试在《基础护理学》课堂教学中应用CGFNS理念进行教学改革,并对教学效果进行评价。方法选择我校护理学院2014级、2015级护理专业本科中美合作方向学生为研究对象,实验组为2015级中美合作班学生,共55人,对照组为2014级中美合作班学生,共49人,两组学生在教学大纲、教材选用、授课内容、课时安排、结课考核方面保持一致,实验组在此基础上引入CGFNS理念,结合要掌握的知识点插入有针对性的CGFNS试题,分析讲解,本次研究所选取的内容全部授课完毕后对两组学生进行中、英文试题的书面测试及问卷调查。结果书面测试成绩实验组学生优于对照组(P<0.01),问卷调查结果显示实验组学生对这种教学方法的应用表示接受(P<0.01),对该教学方法的效果的自我满意度较高(P<0.01),并且该教学方法对学生的护理观有较大的影响(P<0.01)。结论在《基础护理学》课堂教学模式改革的多种方法中,本文所探究的方法同样取得了切实的教学效果,值得进一步推广。
Objective Attempt to introduce the CGFNS concept into the Fundamental Nursing teaching reform,and evaluate the teaching effect.Methods Select grade 2014 and 2015 China-U,S.cooperation nursing undergraduate students as the research object.The observation group is students from grade2015,with a total of 55 people,compared with grade 2014 students,a total of 49 people.The two groups are consistent in the syllabus,the selection of teaching material,the contents of the lecture,the teaching scheduling and the class examination.In addition,the observation group uses the CGFNS concept in the process of teaching,combining knowledge points with the selected CGFNS questions.Then the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaires and Chinese and English written examination.Results The written examination score of the observation group is better than that of control group(P〈0.01),the questionnaire survey from the study results show that the students in the observation group accept this teaching method,and showed more higher self-satisfaction(P〈0.01).This teaching reform has a great influence on the nursing concept of the students.Conclusion Among the various methods of teaching model reform in Fundamental Nursing,the method explored in this paper also has the feasible effect,which deserves further promotion.
