某船中修主船体材料替代试验分析

摘要 为了节约修理成本和缩短修理周期,采用国产钢替代原进口钢,对2种材料的化学成分和力学性能进行比较分析,对国产钢焊接接头的韧性、金相组织、抗裂性、耐腐蚀性等进行试验分析。结果表明,国产钢在化学成分和力学性能上与原钢材相当,而且焊接接头的韧性、力学性能、抗裂性和抗腐蚀性均能够满足使用要求,国产钢可以作为替代材料。 In order to save the cost of repair and shorten the repair cycle,it is suggested that domestic steel can be used instead of the steel imported from abroad. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of two kinds of materials were compared and analyzed. The toughness,microstructure,crack resistance and corrosion resistance of welded joints were investigated experimental. The results showed that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of domestic steel are quite the same as those of the imported steel; the toughness,mechanical properties,crack resistance and corrosion resistance of the welded joint can meet the requirement of usage,so that the domestic steel can be used as an alternative material.
