摘要
考虑到舰船柴油机瞬时转速信号便于测量,可有效用于对舰船主副机的状态监测及故障诊断,针对瞬时转速特征参数多、提取难等问题,利用非线性动力学进行瞬时转速仿真,分析主机故障与瞬时转速特征参数之间的关系,并采用多特征参数阈值诊断方法进行诊断。试验结果表明,基于实际瞬时转速信号测量的多阈值故障诊断方法能有效定位故障缸位置,准确率可达98.5%。
The ship diesel engine instantaneous speed signal is easy to measure,which can be effectively used for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the ship auxiliary machine. Aiming at the difficulties in measurement and extraction of characteristic parameters of instantaneous speed,the relationship between host fault and characteristic parameters of instantaneous speed was analyzed with nonlinear dynamics simulation and the threshold of diagnosis method. The experimental results showed that the multi threshold fault diagnosis method based on real instantaneous speed signal measurement can locate the fault cylinder effectively,and the accuracy can reach 98. 5%.
