摘要
针对新一代大型调相机组特殊的性能要求,结合辅机系统技术特点,在常规监造方法的基础上,提出了原材料材质检查和设备运行试验见证的优化控制策略。通过现阶段在制造厂内的监造实施,结合三类典型策略的应用过程,证明了该控制策略对调相机组辅机系统质量管控与提升的有效性。该策略对其他新型乃至成熟设备质量把控亦有较强的指导意义。
According to the special performance required by the new generation large synchronous condenser unit and the characteristics of auxiliary system, optimized quality control strategies onthe basis of conventional supervision method is put forward while material inspecting and operationtesting. Through the implementation of these strategies and combined with three cases, the effectiveness in handling quality problems is verified. This method can also be introduced to the supervision of other new products.
