摘要
公司油罐区重油储油容量2.1万t,主要放置品种煤焦油、蒽油、乙烯焦油、炭黑油等,每天的输油至油罐600 t。原油产生大量油气,经过油气吸收装置进行洗油洗涤之后,在出口安装吸附箱,采用活性碳纤维进行吸附后排放。为减少油气量,降低卸油过程中的罐体压力,采用联通管,将每个罐进行联通,降低单只卸油的油罐压力,从而得到油气治理效果,符合排放标准。
The oil storage capacity of the company’s oil tank area is 21,000 t which main varieties are coal tar, anthracene oil, ethylene tar, carbon black oil and so on. The oil is transported to oil tank 600 t/day. Crude oil produces a large amount of oil-gas. After washed by absorption device, the oil-gas is adsorbed by the activated carbon fiber in the adsorption box installed at the outlet, then discharged. In order to reduce the quantity of the oil-gas, and reduce the pressure of the tank in the unloading process, closed tubes are used to connect each tank, to reduce the pressure of single unloading oil tank, so that the effect of oil-gas control can be achieved and meet the emission standard.
