摘要
介绍王靖教授从气虚痰瘀论治胸痹心痛病的临床经验。认为胸痹心痛的病机主要为气虚痰瘀,治疗时注重气血辨证,强调以补气养血为主,活血化瘀和化痰祛湿并重,标本并治,通补兼施。并举验案1则。
This paper introduces Professor Wang Jing＇s clinical experience in treating chest painful impediment from phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficiency. It is considered that the pathogenesis of chest painful impediment is qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis. In the treatment,it should pay attention to the syndrome differentiation of qi and blood. The therapy of invigorating qi and nourishing blood is emphasized,and combined with therapies of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and dissipating phlegm and removing dampness,which treat both manifestation and root cause of disease and take dredging and tonifying in combination. One proven case is presented.
