摘要
目的研究对已经进行防腐固定处理的尸头标本进行血管灌注的合理方法。方法于2017年5~7月对我院保存的已经用福尔马林进行过防腐固定处理的尸头标本共计20例进行血管灌注,观察灌注后标本的状态并分析影响灌注效果的因素。结果尸头标本经过合理的灌注操作以后,标本清晰完整,各组织以及血管有了明显的区分,而且血管通过灌注液的充盈,可以更加明显地显示重要的分支和血管发生的变异,有利于辨认与学习。结论灌注操作之前合理选择软化剂等进行软化浸泡、对要灌注的血管进行机械性冲洗对灌注完成的效果有重要的影响。
Objective To study a reasonable method of vascular perfusion for cadaver head specimens that have been treated with anticorrosion and fixation. Methods From May to July 2017,twenty cadaveric head specimens preserved in our hospital that have been preserved in formalin and treated with antiseptic fixation were perfused with blood vessels.The state of the specimen after perfusion was observed and the factors affecting the perfusion effect were analyzed. Results After a reasonable perfusion operation,the cadaver head specimen was clear and complete,and all tissues and blood vessels were clearly distinguished.Moreover,the blood vessels could more clearly show important branches and variations of blood vessels through the filling of perfusion fluid,which was beneficial to identification and learning. Conclusion Reasonable selection of softeners before perfusion operation to soften and soak and mechanical flushing of the blood vessels to be perfused have an important influence on the effect of perfusion completion.
